All orders are thoroughly inspected for quality and accuracy. As the hair is 100% virgin human hair, our products may come from different sources, so patterns, textures, and colors may vary. We cannot guarantee, therefore, that the pattern, color, or texture will match exactly from one order to the next. Please be aware, however, that whenever you dye, lighten, straighten, heat or otherwise process virgin hair in any way, it can decreases the overall life of the hair, even if it results in a beautiful color. In other words, processed hair will not last as long as virgin natural color hair with no process and so on. We also want to be honest some textures of hair are more difficult to maintain than others, so please consider this as you order. If you’re not into a lot of maintenance, Curly Hair may not be for you, as it is much more time consuming to maintain than straight and wavy textured hair. Please note that the hair requires washing and conditioning, nightly wrapping and careful combing and brushing, starting from the bottom and slowly working your way upward. When you install the hair, if you cut the wefts, you risk greater shedding than normal. Ask your stylist to seal the wefts if he or she decides to cut them. Please use our recommended Dare Care products for daily and routine grooming.

HOW MUCH HAIR DO I NEED TO ORDER?
Our hair is not sold in packs, but in roughly 4 oz bundles (bundle weight can vary slightly from around 3.5 oz and up). We recommend a minimum of 8 ounces for lengths between 10-16 inches, which equals about 2 bundles for a natural look, and 12 ounces for lengths between 18-24 inches, which equals about 3 bundles for a natural look. For lengths greater than 24 inches, we suggest 16 ounces or more. In order to achieve fullness, typically more bundles are required for longer lengths.
PROCESSING TIME AND SHIPPING
Orders currently require 24/48 hours of processing PRIOR to shipping (excluding holidays and weekends). This excludes time needed to prepare and process the order to be shipped. Due to high order frequency processing can take longer, however the order will always be received within the shipping selected at check out. Check back frequently because the processing times vary depending on the time of year. Also if your billing and shipping information Do Not Match this will prevent and stop the order from processing. Your billing address must be the same as the shipping address. Due to banking procedures, we cannot ship to a different address than we bill to.
Custom orders such as wigs and special colors typically take longer to process as follows:
Custom coloring and clips: 10-14 business days
Lace wigs: 7 business days
Whole Sale and large orders may require additional processing. The expected turn around time, unless a rush fee is paid is 5-10 business days.
All orders are shipped using USPS Standard, or you can select USPS Express. All orders will be shipped with signature tracking. Tracking numbers are automatically emailed. Saturday and Next Day Air delivery is offered upon request for an additional fee depending on availability in your area, please email or call us directly.
Your order will be shipped to the address on your order. It's important that you check your order for accuracy prior to finalizing and submitting payment. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments. Please note: we are not responsible for carrier delays due to holidays or weather. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes unless it is your billing address.
At Dare To Have Hair, Inc we pride ourselves on maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy. However, if you are not satisfied with the product, the hair may be exchanged within 5 business days. We do not have a refund policy. (All SALES ARE FINAL) The hair must be in its original condition (no installation, cutting or other altering of the hair) and must be in its orignal packaging. Exchanges will only be processed after we have received the hair and have inspected it. The following colors cannot be exchanged or returned, as this is hair that has been lightened and/or colored (processed) by our team specifically for your order, by your request: all ombres, and any other custom coloring or lightened hair and any special requests such as clips. In addition, wigs, clip-ins, and special orders cannot be exchanged (all sales final). Federal law prohibits the return of hair that has been installed. If you would like to exchange your order for a different texture, color, or length, you will be responsible for the differential in cost. You will also be responsible for all shipping costs unless we determine that the product is defective. We will not ship replacement hair until the original order is received AND inspected

Our virgin hair extensions come from different places around the globe. These exotic locations offer different textures and varying qualities. Our Darng Textures are from one donor, directly from its source.
HOW LONG DOES THE HAIR LAST?
Our Dare Hair, is 100% human virgin hair and can last up to a year and longer with proper care. However if processed, the hair might not last as long as natural virgin hair. (See above for more information).
